Aircraft Deicing Operations Centre, Vancouver International Airport

This design for the “Ice House”, complete with aircraft control tower, operations offices, laboratories, vehicle storage and maintenance, and industrial plant, serves as the airport deicing contractor’s operations centre at YVR. The building is part of the new Airside Operations Campus, planned by Blue Marble, and anticipated to be Vancouver International Airport’s first LEED-certified development.
