New building construction, and fitout of a timber-framed Yaletown-style pub, with kitchen, retail store, retail cooler. Double-height bar and seating area. Fir structure, wood paneling, brick, tile. Building exterior conforms to neighbourhood colour and material palette. Custom-designed universally-accessible washrooms with TVs, fireplaces, stone tile interiors.
